Our team of professionals aim to provide a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for people who have decided to work together to positively move forward.

Our team comprises Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS) mediators, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners registered by the Attorney General and CINERGY® Conflict Management Coaches.

Who are we?

Founded by Jessica Mathews, Discover Dispute Resolution and Mediation (DDRM) is focused on providing early intervention conflict management opportunities for people who want to avoid adversarial processes, such as investigation and litigation.

With a background in Law from Murdoch University and a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution from the Australian Institute of Social Relations, Jessica founded DDRM to provide people with a safe, comfortable and supportive environment aimed to assist them in creating their own way forward.
